Klaus Madsen began his career in Real Estate in 2000 after a successful career as a custom builder in the Kawartha Lakes area and beyond. He was born in Denmark and travelled the world before settling in Canada in 1987. He speaks English, Danish and Norwegian fluently and can also communicate well in German. His knowledge of the building industry and exceptional negotiating skills have helped make him one of Lindsay’s busiest realtors for 15 plus years.
