ROD HALL

With over a decade of experience in real estate and a lifelong background in business, sales, and leadership, Rod Hall brings a well-rounded and practical approach to helping clients navigate the market with confidence.

Rod holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business specializing in Accounting, along with studies in computer programming, giving him a strong analytical and financial foundation. He began his career as a junior accountant with the Ontario Lottery Corporation before pursuing his entrepreneurial spirit and launching his own successful business, Daytona Motorcycles & Automotive, in Peterborough. During that time, Rod also competed in motorcycle racing across Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Throughout his career, Rod has held several high-level sales and management positions, including National Sales Manager for a major hardwood flooring manufacturer servicing large retailers such as Home Depot, Rona, Walmart, Costco, and Sam’s Club. He also served as Vice President for an international manufacturing company operating out of Taiwan and Shanghai, working alongside hundreds of sales representatives worldwide.

Wanting to return home and focus on family, Rod came back to the Kawartha Lakes region where he worked as General Manager at Higgins Hardwood Flooring while completing his real estate education. For the past 10 years, he has proudly helped clients buy and sell homes with honesty, professionalism, and a deep understanding of property construction, home maintenance, and market value.

Rod’s extensive background in finance, construction, business ownership, and sales allows him to provide valuable insight to first-time buyers, growing families, retirees, and investors alike. Known for his approachable personality and strong communication skills, Rod enjoys working with people from all walks of life and takes pride in understanding each client’s unique needs and goals.
